As a content development director at Tribune Publishing, I led the content direction and implementation for a responsive design media site. Built to scale to any device, we had to figure out how to develop and program the content for a mobile audience.

I set priorities, analyzed user feedback, monitored metrics, trained producers, and worked directly with developers, product and project managers, business managers, editorial leaders, QA, and UX to create the best solutions for users, including the ability to customize the experience. I was the consumer face of the product for the Chicago Tribune launch, and I provided user support.

Implementation included touch sites for: Chicago Tribune, The Daily Press, Baltimore Sun, Sun-Sentinel, Orlando Sentinel, and Hartford Courant's specialty site, Courant Plus.
