The kitchen

We have the tiniest kitchen in America. Or, it's big for New York City. Hard to say. Feels tiny to me.

Because it's small and has a low ceiling and was originally a hideous beige, I knew I had to do something.

I painted it the cheeriest retro pink I could find. Then, I changed the counters the cheap way: contact paper. I don't think I would recommend this method, as it easily stains, but it'll get us through the next couple of months until I figure out a better solution.
